Not a family member - forget it

Pros

None - I wouldn't want to work for them again.

Cons

Everyone in "power" is a family member. If one doesn't like you, you are out. There are a few who are long time employees, but if you are not one of those, you have to work hard to get there. The employees are accepting, but the management is not.

Pros

Good people except for management, most people can work from home

Cons

Owner's daughter has no idea what she's doing and talks to you like your an idiot; CEO is arrogant and comes across as a wannabe motivational speaker; seems like management just want to set the company up to be sold.

Good work-life balance, interesting research and development opportunities.

Cons

Leaders are uninspiring and ineffective business-wise. Project objectives were chaotic and poorly designed. Marketing strategy was dishonest and toothless.
