Words and actions don't match from management.

A consulting company that actually values its people

Pros

I am happy to say I have found a consulting company that actually seems to care about their people. Management actually cares about work / life balance, we get unlimited vacation, and the projects are actually challenging! but in a good way

Cons

I dont really have any cons except maybe we could have a more formal mentorship / career growth track to follow

A company where you can grow!

Pros

Object Computing is a place where you can learn and grow into the professional you want to be. Team members have the opportunity to work on what is most important to them and gain new skills along the way. They are growing quickly and always taking on new projects. They are flexible and allow you to have a great work/home balance!

Cons

The benefits could be better. They are standard, but not really competitive .
