- retention here is abysmal, veterans are leaving left and right - no incentive to move up within the company - back in the office 5 days a week when we worked from home almost 2 full years without issue . - customers are idiotic and do not know how to operate their own software which in turn creates more bs work for the planner

This company has an office that does not have enough parking for their employees. Higher ups are rude and thankless. They are slowly taking away the small positives that were available. Recently took away the option to work from home one day a week. Moving up here is very difficult and you get promised raises that you have to repeatedly ask for.
