New CEO is not a leader, he is so out of touch with current corporate America. You don't lead with an iron fist. You are given a great responsibility as CEO and responsible for the stewardship and success of an organization. You have to earn the trust and respect of your employees. Our new CEO has zero trust in his employees and apparently thinks he is the only one with the answers. How about letting your employees and management do their jobs in the best way they know how? You are destroying the company from the inside out. If he does not move on, Odyssey will implode.

Once we had a change in CEO this company became the worst in micromanaging their employees, lack of trust and flexibility has caused many good hard working employees to resigned for better opportunities. This company was once a good place to work in. No guidelines from HR, poor and unprofessional communication. They pretend to show interest so you don't overly complain, but there is zero interest in their employees health or mental status. They overwork you and don't want to pay fairly. They say they want you to grow within the company but don't approve any training requested for improvement.
