Strict about punctuality, but that’s the only thing mgmt. seems to cares about. There’s no reward for doing a good job, so its recommended that you do the bare minimum because theres no reward for doing a good job. Occasionally they have activities put on by the Funrunners committee. The activities are considered by some to be fun but they are typically childish activities that would be a better fit in an elementary school than an office environment. There are constant changes due to turnover being so high. Employees leave for better opportunities where they are appreciated while the incompetent employees stay because they have it made here.

Office is all cubicles and there are no windows in the main area, only in the executive offices. Pay is not competitive and below market value. Benefits were reduced every year with higher costs. Upper Management seemed unconcerned with connecting with employees. Not enough forethought for long term planning in some departments. Often felt like we were chasing our tails.
