Pros

Young people No weekends A lot of charity work done Learned a variety of skills

Cons

Pay is awful given the amount of work done Favoritism given management positions to those that don’t deserve it Most work pawned on to the hourly employees Moved from team to team with no rhyme or reason Turnover No flexibility and ridiculous rules implemented. If you don’t give 24 hours notice of being sick, in other words, see the future, it counts against you. Dr notes don’t excuse it either. On call Unreasonable expectations for such little pay

Pros

Struggling here, but amenities within the building are nice...has nothing to do with the company though

Cons

Executives were lost and didn't know how to effectively lead their company. Culture is horrible and they have no clue how to piece together a career path for their employees.

Little to no competition for advancement

Cons

1) High turnover rate for entry level positions 2) Low hiring standards contribute to high turnover rate 3) No longer allow remote work and require you to be in office every day. HR performs daily checks essentially treating their employees like an infant that needs to be baby sat. Zero discussion/input from executive management prior to these changes. Changes were rolled out in a draconian style and there has been zero willingness to listen or care about their employees feedback. 4) Annual pay increases have been frozen for over 2 years now 5) It seems as though executive management is trying to push people away from the company.
