Altice is destroying this company!

Pros

Great insurance, PTO, decent pay, free cable.

Cons

Since Altice took over they have eliminated positions company wide, leaving people unemployed. The changes being made are ridiculous and uncomfortable for the employees. They also make it impossible to give customers discounts on their already high cable bills, so they are paying full price when their packages fall off. Suddenlink made a big mistake selling to Altice.

Pros

Decent money. Great Insurance Benefits.Decent commissions (if you can sell more products to people who are on the phone cursing you out because their current services aren't working. Then they laugh hysterically at you for trying to offer to them.) But hey, if you can sell that, this is the job for you !

Cons

Hours, Schedule and supervisor are constantly. Mandatory Overtime. All calls recorded and graded by a computer on if you said the right things and said them correctly.

Customer Service is a terrible job. No one likes it. But it's not so bad, really. The benefits outweigh the bad customers.

Cons

Advancement is difficult. Promotions are given to the ones that kiss the most butt, not the ones who deserve it.
