      Good company but uncertain future

      Pros

      Suddenlink offers good benefits and a friendly work environment. Pay is decent and competitive.

      Cons

      The company was recently bought by Altice and job cuts are currently happening during the company restructure. Currently only job cuts are coming from the management side. Many people are unsure if their job will survive which has caused employees to leave or start updating their resumes.

      Pros

      Good co-workers, lots of knowledge at the local office. Opportunity to earn commission with sales bonus.

      Cons

      Company started a downward spiral shortly before we found out Altice was buying Suddenlink. Regional office has very narrow knowledge of equipment or how to troubleshoot calls. The system we use is always messing with customer accounts through provisioning on equipmen thus causing way too many trouble calls.
