Weak strategic vision by the executive team. Inconsistent opportunities that are based on what team you end up on rather than the level of responsibility and value that you deliver.

Although the benefits are great, you pay a healthy price for them, your humility.

Cons

Management style is a lot to take in. They are very racist and their style of managing is bullying and ultimatums. Every year they take a survey to ask us our opinion and their response to low ratings on diversity is, we have to do better. That’s it. A very racist organization. During COVID ther was a mass exodus of African Americans out of the company’s in just one department and tPress Ganey showed no concerns. They truly do not care about diversity or any minorities at the company. A whole lot of Karen’s. They have created a true cast system within the organization. It is the common against management.
