Great people, fun, exciting industry. Fast-paced environment with a lot going on.

Cons

Everyone is remote, for the most part, which makes communication and getting to know people difficult, sometimes.

RES Response

Thank you for your comments. During remote times, we do have to make an extra effort to use MS Teams, communicate differently and more often. Some teams are doing monthly meetings that are more of a fun session that doesn't include a work agenda in order to bridge the gap on what we get in an office environment.
