Very nice environment, everybody friendly and at the same time very good work ethic. Very serious company with a specific strategy. It was also quite easy to change position inside the company. Managers are usually very helpful and understandable.

Cons

Some process were a bit slow (there was a form for everything!) and the communication with high management wasn't very clear/easy. Worst thing is the location and the commute
