Good decent pay for the most part Rotation - off 2 days every month

Cons

Long hours, having to travel a lot without much notice. Mis distribution of pay for various positions; people below work harder and longer hours than people with higher pay. No choice in what you how you want to contribute , have to be a FE any discipline despite your wishes.

Cons

Saturdays are almost always considered a full work day. Sundays are sometimes also full work days, depending on project schedule. Hours range from 60 HR/wk to 77 HR/wk.

The Field Engineering role often demands travel and long hours depending on the project schedule. We are hiring additional employees to assist with the heavy workload right now. If you have concerns or would like an update on new employees starting, please discuss this with your leader.
