Pay is great and plenty of pontential to grow in the company, Per Diem, PTO and holidays

Cons

Not much time off as needed.

Thank you for your hard work and project traveling. It can be hard to scheduled time off during projects but I'm glad that you feel that the PTO plan, compensation, growth and holiday schedule are all positive.

Pros

My team and department are full of smart people who are all able to reason effectively/not BS. A great medicine if you've been in the opposite situation before. The work is interesting and there's enough of it. Working remotely is great, they are pretty flexible if the type of work you do allows it.

Cons

None that I've seen so far. Bonus structure is a bit opaque. Especially since I haven't experienced that yet.
