      Great team, attitude and core beliefs. The management is entirely supportive of innovation (within limits)

      Pros

      Community feeling. RES hires based on values, not too much on knowledge. Doesn't matter your background, if you have the skills necessary to learn, you will be taught. All that matters is that your values align with those of the company and that creates a wonderful atmosphere which no one disturbs with a bad mood or poor management of a situation. The company benefits are also very attractive.

      Cons

      Salaries aren't low, but are also not market competitive. The company vibe is a magnet but the fact that you know you could be paid more is always in you head.
