Pros

Working at RES has been the highlight of my career. Lovely, friendly and helpful colleagues across all departments, company cares about employee wellness, there is great emphasis on work-life balance and utilising holidays. Busy but for a good cause. Cannot emphasise enough how friendly everyone is. Truly the best company I've ever worked for.

Cons

The main office is far away and travel by train is not always reliable. Not really their fault, but wish they allowed WFH as opposed to enforcing hybrid working.
