      Pros

      This opportunity is what you make of it. If you are fully engaged in making the program work for students in the community you live or work in you will have a fantastic experience.

      Cons

      Long list of cons when you look at the leadership and culture but nothing that couldn't be fixed with positive people and a willingness to work towards serving the students, volunteers and our Americorps members - who are the ones delivering the program.
