      Pros

      Really positive environment. Management does a good job of keeping things positive.

      Cons

      Non-standard auto policy claims are extremely difficult to deal with, but not nearly as a bad as the mouth breathers who buy the policies. Very difficult customers.

      Competitive benefits, great people, challenging but rewarding work

      Pros

      Remote work, competetive pay + bonus, unlimited PTO, work with really smart, hardworking, and ambitious team members. Opportunity to learn a LOT, spend time on-site with people multiple times throughout the year. High visibility and feels like a much flatter hierarchy and less siloed than other places.

      Cons

      The team runs lean so you have to work hard, but your work will be noticed and there’s a ton to learn. Since it is a younger company, some systems and processes need overhaul, not a lot of time to work on non-essential improvements/projects

      Pros

      If you're lucky, you have a good manager that can protect you. Mostly it's a boy's club with a 996 mentality.

      Cons

      It was disastrously overloaded with no plan to make it better. They don't support their employees or protect you from abusive customers. They use unachievable KPIs and metrics to hold you down.
