-Mass, consistent layoffs
-Majority of top end leadership and best employees have already left
-Ridiculous and unachievable deadlines. Work related stress is high.
-Company expects you to work mandatory overtime hours, lacking a work / life balance
-Company is content with releasing an erratic, broken product to its clientele and does so quite often. This causes client dissatisfaction that lower level employees must in turn deal with
-Pretty much any negative you can think of working at a bad company that I've failed to list exists here.
The best advice that I could give a prospective employee if they were to consider working here is, quite frankly, not to and look for opportunities somewhere else. Do not let the smoke and mirrors tactics that are used in an attempt to get you in the door fool you. If you do decide to take a position with this company, I would consider working here to be a short term commitment, one to two years at best, while you look elsewhere for employment and build up experience to add onto your resume. The cons outweigh the pros heavily and you will learn that fact quite quickly.
