Pros

Senture was a good employer. I had no issues. The workplace culture was great and the pay was good.

Cons

The nature of the work was tedious, but that's not Senture's fault. Being a call center rep for a health insurance company is exactly as fun as it sounds. Do be aware, when then have Work-From-Home options, you will be micromanaged so they are getting a FULL 8 hours from you. That's the nature of entry-level customer service remote work, though.

Pros

Decent pay if you live in a low income area. Your able to work from home and they provide equipment.

Cons

Unprepared during training for job your actually doing. Horrible micro-managing. It is so bad they micro-manage everything. They have a point system for everything including attendance. You miss your pointed. They don't take dr notes for absences either. You miss to many time for illness or family reasons you can be fired. If you don't like being cursed, yelled at, blamed for all the caller's issues, this job isn't for you. Because people do not know how to act like a decent human with manners. Lastly the benefits are atrocious. You'll pay close to $600 a month for health insurance for you as an individual and the policy covers nothing. Honestly I have only stayed as long as ai have because there just isn't anything else to make the pay it offers in our area.
