Pros

Not many unless you call the trama bond with coworkers a “pro”.

Cons

Low pay and overworked for the position(s). Competitors pay at or above fair market value for equal positions/responsibilities. A side effect of this company is building a trama bond with your coworkers because of the lack of respect and professionalism among the management/leadership personnel. Retaliation runs rampant if you even dare to question or report management/leadership misconduct. It’s comical that they ask employees to post on these channels and to refer someone to go work for them. How is it that the 7 most recent “positive” reviews comes from HR/recruiters???

Pros

unlimited paid time off is cool when they let you take it

Cons

leadership is awful - unrealistic expectations of workloads and they don't understand what the job really is and they do not bother to learn what the company does. You won't be able to help most of your customers because nobody seems to care about their problems except for you. When they close you will get blamed even though you told your leaders a bunch of times what the problems were. Training is horrible and they don't value the people who are good. They treat everybody like you're lucky to have a job there when there's so many better paying jobs with less stress out there. Management and leadership changes every few months so you're always dealing with bosses you have to train cause you know more than them.

Pros

Hard to think of much to say here. Nice people but see below cons for more context

Cons

Wow where to begin -- this was not the stable, growing company that was portrayed in the interview process. -Was misled on financial health, which turns out is really bad -Strong bias against remote, so if you join remote be ready to feel isolated -Poor benefits (60 day waiting period for benefits) -Poor culture and no real sense of core values, no DEI/ERG focus -Poor communication, especially across teams -C-suite is only loyal to themselves and makes really immature decisions -Very limited resources or process This company really needs to re-evaluate everything -- from culture to priorities to communication to process -- IF they care about turning things around. Otherwise it will continue to be more down than up, with frequent turnover from layoffs or voluntary attrition.
