Pros

There is a lot of background work being done to help improve their inefficient processes and software.

Cons

* Poor culture * Revenue is far more important than the people that generate that revenue * Regardless of how hard you work, how much impact you have or how long you have been there, they will let you go in a heartbeat for anything minor. * There is no accountability for Diversity and Inclusions * Constant poor planning leads to calling in everyone for overtime and then sending people home. Work life balance is not important here.

Pros

- PTO policy - Nice colleagues

Cons

- Toxic environment - A dying company. Once you scratch the surface, you realize that despite management communication efforts, the results are bad. - A round of layoffs in March impacted 10% of the corporate employees. - The benefit package was not impressive and was reduced this year.

Pros

They have decent benefits and you work with some of the best people in the world. Lots of company happy hours and events for us to participate in.

Cons

Lack of pay, bonuses, and raises (all inconsistent and nonexistent at the same time). You can't see your growth path here. Some of the best people have been in the same position for years while others skate by with no tenor and just good talk or a good connection. There is a huge gap in communication and transparency between the upper management and the actual team of client-facing employees. They show appreciation by giving us food and happy hours but don't consider the fact that many of us cannot pay our bills and are forced to supplement income with second and third jobs. They celebrate every holiday in the book, even National Pizza Day. But we had to push for us to get Juneteenth off, we don't get off for MLK day like other companies who follow the federal holiday calendar, and while they can remember Cinco de Mayo, National Ice Cream Day, and all these other days of celebration, we had no acknowledgment of Black History Month until Feb 22, a week before the WHOLE MONTH ends. We as employees took it upon ourselves to commemorate and I guess to do damage control they put out this weak announcement at the last second for a training workshop to "provide tools to recognize unconscious biases and tips". OUR bonus is contingent on how much money the WHOLE company makes at the end of the year while sales and the warehouse team get consistent bonus opportunities throughout the year. They are hybrid and there are no opportunities to work fully remotely unless you are in a different department or the HR and management team's favorites, regardless if you can't even afford to live here anymore with the pay. They'd rather lose quality employees who care about the job than offer a reasonable pay raise or allow more people to work fully remotely. THERE IS NO MATERNITY OR PARENTAL LEAVE. They push on going above and beyond with no actual benefit besides kudos during our meetings. They even pressure you to work past your extended hours, and keep a certain email count, regardless of volume. (That keeps changing without any communication of changes being made).
