Business Outlook
Pros
Great company culture, lots of room for improvement and growth, great mentors and learning opportunities, Very flexible work schedule, flexible time off policy and racially diverse. No micromanagement, lots of autonomy. Also great healthcare and benefits.
Cons
Company is starting to get too big. More politics and processes and re-orgs disrupt work life. Feel like the new processes in place limit personal growth and productivity and take away some of the things I loved included in the pros above. Also, the pay rate is not too competitive. Could be making more elsewhere.
