*Behaviors are so important to the upper managers that it won't matter how hard you or your team works to be number one and two in sales as those things do not matter *Miscommunication is from above all the time and then blames supervisors *Have recordings and transcripts of things said and if you speak up its a problem when you didn't cause the problem to begin with *Sales managers are a complete joke along with directly above them
