Good market level wages for rep level positions. Nice perks such as once a week free lunches and snack per diem.

Cons

Poor leadership skills by most supervisory and manager level personnel. Very much do nothing overpaid HR staff. Non DEI candidates need not apply for any position above entry level representative.
