People doing the actual work are nice and supportive of each other.

Cons

New executives and PE firm are out of touch, don't understand the business and have no idea how to be empathetic. It used to be great with previous management that actually cared about their employees

Stay clear from this place, it’s run by HR and incompetent managers. They worry more about ratings and surveys than about treating employees fairly and based on achievements.
