Pros

Full time, PTO, fairly easy to request days off, VTO, working at home is nice, can get bonuses for metrics

Cons

The metrics they are requiring have been terrible. It used to be monthly goals but now What they are asking for is literally impossible. I’ve bonused several times in my job for metrics but now they are changing to needing to meet surveys goals weekly or you will be put on a corrective action that will not fall off for 90 days but yet you need to be at goal weekly and you will keep moving up the corrective actions until you get fired. It literally is not fair or achievable. So many people have lost their jobs lately for this. It is inhumane. Extremely disappointed.

Minimum Wage Suffering

Pros

You can work from home. Some of the immediate supervisors care about their employees.

Cons

They pay minimum wage + commission but the goals you need to hit to earn commission are both unclear and constantly changing. You also get docked for your progress towards those goals for things that are completely out of your control, so getting any payment besides the minimum hourly wage is extremely difficult. They are terribly understaffed, so when work gets busy queues pile up and customers get mad and take it out on your. Upper management doesn't listen to anybody who actually works on the phones and are so detached from what we're doing that the "advice" they give to "help us succeed" is worse than useless. Upper management honestly does more harm than good. Their inclusivity training is terrible. Just awful. It doesn't teach anything actually useful and they've only JUST allowed people to use their preferred names and pronouns. They are constantly begging people to work overtime because they are so understaffed instead off just offering competitive wages and benefits. I've spoken about this with a number of employees - we are all much too stressed out by this job to work any extra hours.

**High Volume:** The high volume of calls can be challenging, especially during peak times. However, it’s manageable with the right support. - **Fast-Paced:** The fast-paced nature of the job might be overwhelming for some, but it’s also an opportunity to develop strong multitasking skills. **pay:** Inflation is a real thing and well the pay wasn’t terrible. Two years ago. A lot could be left to be desired. I would like if they would to do like annual cost of living evaluation based on where people live because a lot of agents do end up needing to work a second job to make ends meet.
