Pros

To get Corporate Travel/Sabre experience. Great group of front line agents.

Cons

This company or maybe just the leadership of the project I worked in is managed by fear, always threatening your job, and negative control. Micromanaged. Leadership of the project are condesending, condones favoritism, fratenizing of Managers/Supervisors/agents, very uprofessional on every level of management. Unappreciative. Leadership chooses to manage by recogonizing the negative instead of the positive. I'm surprised that this company has not been sued for discrimination. This company condones racialism. Terrible benefits. This company preys on employees. Do not promote based on the person that can do the best job but the person that will always say yes and will allow TP to push them around. Supervisors/Trainers/Managers are not qualified to do there jobs. Management is dishonest to there client and to the staff. Every value they tatute on there company website is non existent. Lack communication.

Pros

The pay is pretty good and they have other benefits. The work environment is pretty healthy too because of the other employees

Cons

The rules they have in place really don’t make sense because your pretty much restricted from everything… it’s a very boring job so it does take a toll on you mentally if you don’t socialize. And for the type of job that it is, there is no real reason for you to be at site and should be at home. Almost everyone I work with dreads it but they do make the best of what they can. There attendance rule is horrible and it can be better without having the employees take complete advantage of it.

Pros

Bi-weekly pay, overtime available, equipment provided.

Cons

Supposed to have workbooks to work through in training to develop our knowledge, but our trainer never had access to them and didn't attempt to get them when asked about them. Was told that we may receive a couple of phone calls per day during the first nesting phase for easy issues that we had been trained on so far (after 2 weeks of training), which turned into 30+ calls for a wide range of questions from customers that we had not been trained on, in addition to not being sufficiently trained on how to transfer calls properly. Constant shift of project. Out of a training class of 30, less than 10 completed the course.
