Pros

Daily pay option to pull pay out early. a decent attendance policy which allows you to miss time and make up time (sometimes)

Cons

No cost of living OR performance based raise, they move people up very quickly before they are ready, and you don't get raises for moving up. Just more work. The management is rude and doesn't allow any kind of honestly about how you are feeling and forces toxic positivity. in the work at home environment the chats are locked so you have no way to interact with coworkers to try and make friends and can only communicate in the highly monitored public rooms where again, no honesty about how you're feeling is allowed because you will be told you are being too negative or bringing down everyone or even told how other jobs are worse and you're lucky to be there.

Pros

They are very flexible about long you complete 36 hours of your work hours. Let you have PTO the first day you start your training.

Cons

When you need a manager for and upset customers or when customers doesn’t believe what your saying it’s hard to hold of one but let you be off the phone or be on busy to look suddenly they’re here. They grade you based off the conversation which give me personal anxiety because I know I found the script but let miss one part of if it’s a problem and also they expect you to make a call less the an 10min some of these cx are real slow and I’m not speak about the elderly because they are actually easy to deal compare to some of the younger ones. Also they don’t train well I wish they did better at training.

Consistent pay shortages

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Work From Home, team-like atmosphere, co-worker and leader support

Cons

I am consistently shorted on my pay. The "system" logs me out seemingly at random times, and other times it's as regular as clockwork: I am clocked out and sent action forms for supposedly leaving work early. You can submit to your supervisor the missing time, and hope it gets added back in. Sometimes it does, others not. I have had my pay shorted by this company more than any other company I have ever worked for. All the pay shortages in my lifetime are not to be compared with the blatant ripping off that Teleperformance has done. One or two instances of a pay shortage is all it has taken for other companies to get it right, and the shortages stop happening. In training at Teleperformance, my class was warned to keep an eye on our time, as it was known to be wrong. The supervisors can only do so much, this is an issue that needs to be addressed.
