Pros

Office was neat - the vidcon system is very nice and a great way to conduct virtual meetings

Cons

At the beginning, I thought this job would be a pretty good opportunity. Uncapped commission, "make your own schedule", mileage reimbursement....turns out it is a pretty terrible place to work and it seems to be impossible to be successful here. I've seen some "A" players work their butts off, and they get fired without warning because they didn't meet the quota (also, impossible to meet consistently). Also, this place is very disfunctional/disorganized when it comes to customer satisfaction...one of my accounts called me and said that we gave them dirty uniforms with holes in them...it is very hard to sell a service when promises are not kept from the customer service side...all in all, this is not a stable job. Only take it if you need to pay bills and have no other options. Also, the word "micro-managed" is an understatement regarding this branch...

Pros

Great pay, training is second to none, and a very friendly environment. You can really come here to learn the art of selling. There's finominal leadership within this company, and that's what makes it so great. I actually felt like I was a part of a family, and not a company. It was always great getting to speak with other reps, managers, and leadership in your region.

Cons

6 months into the company, I started to feel skeptical. They make us fill out mileage forms now, and if it is not done, no mileage. The first week that was put into place the company took $155 of every reps traveling reimbursement and never returned it. I've still yet to get reimbursed for the money taken. It also takes 60+ days from installment to receive commissions which doesn't strike to well with me. It actually makes me not trust the company as much. When the first opportunity arises for me to go, sell what I want, and be where I want to be, I WILL BE GONE, AND NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS INDUSTRY.

Pros

If you want to be in the uniform business, this is the best place to do it. If they are still there, the management that was in place for the service guys are all really good people who care about the employees.

Cons

Extremely long hours. Average of 60+ per week. Company directives to take pretty much any possible costumer on, even if it doesn't make sense for the RSR to service them. For example, when I was there, we had post offices over an hour's drive from the office that we had to service, and we might have averaged making $2.00 per week to service them.
