Not the best place to work

Pros

Some of the people are great and very talented. The buildings are nice.

Cons

People are overworked. Management is very disconnected and tends to be super hierchical. Lots of good people have left or been let go recently due to the negative environment. The SF office is run like a frat house. There is many unmotivated employees and management has no clue. The company is super top heavy.

Pros

Kind people who work hard. Awesome perks, like snacks, free lunches, clubs, etc. A product that everyone believes in. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Not a clear standard promotion and pay increase structure. People wear too many hats, have too many responsibilities.
