Pros

Their 401k matching is decent I guess? but honestly, there isn't much to speak of here. Executive leadership is "listening to feedback" but it falls on 100% deaf ears.

Cons

They are 100% about fluff policy and "culture", the company reeks of fake enthusiasm spearheaded by HR and the CEO, who is merely a welcome mat for new acquisitions . The "culture and Values"" is modeled after the military (where CEO has experience, so it makes sense) but to any who have served, you know the kind of CO I'm referring to. Given the number of acquisitions that the private equity firm backing them pushed for, the process of ingesting companies for the IP and absolute disregard for the employees themselves is borderline sickening.

Pros

Work from home, Permissive PTO, and job tools. Lots of great talent and nice peers to work with.

Cons

This organization started out well. Strong Leadership, clear objectives and a lot of fun. However, so many acquisitions have come in the last two years, that there is too much misalignment and competing priorities. The talent is there, but the upper management concerns are not. You cannot set a goal to "Organically Grow" but keep buying poor companies just to brag you have grown so much to your propspects. When you feel as if your taking a step ahead, you are moving two steps back as well. So much ambiguity and uncertainty of your career path. Working from home is not a differentiator anymore, you have many organizations who have moved virtual and do a great job keeping staff engaged and the workplace fun - this is where the culture has diminished.

Just a miserable environment

Pros

You can work at home once in a while. They give you free food a couple times a month to try to make you forget everything bad about where you work.

Cons

No loyalty. They bought a great company and are running it into the ground. Top talent is leaving in droves either voluntarily or not. Job hopping development managers have been brought in, run off 10+ year veterans of the company, and replaced them with their friends. Everybody still there is miserable. There's been a lot of fighting, backstabbing, and tears.
