Pros

The people who work there are really great, everyone is super nice and friendly. The benefits are pretty good and the location of the office is good.

Cons

I am not even sure where to begin. This is the worst job I've ever had. The pay is awful and the comp plan isn't even close to industry standards. They promise you one thing and act like their culture is great when in reality it's just a cover. I think they put up a front because they are looking to sell the company. They will tell you how flexible they are with your working hours and such and then once you begin working it's a completely different story. They don't even review employees previous work experiences and will hire whoever is willing to take a job with such low pay. They don't even have office supplies, not even a printer. The management is pretty terrible, and the training is basically non existent and there is really no order to anything there. They favor employees who were in their old location and don't give new employees the same treatment. There are many other things I would say but for privacy purposes won't. Waste of your time and career.

Pros

Lol There are no pros

Cons

After yet another round of mass layoffs, why anyone would even interview here is beyond me. They're canning everyone, not paying out earned bonuses or accrued pto, and cutting their newly laid off employees' medical coverage right away (including employees on maternity / paternity leave) . Evil, soulless, corporate scumbags personified. Have some respect for yourself, and go panhandle on 285. It's a better long-term career path.

Sinking Ship - Stay Away

Pros

- Fully remote job - A lot of great people at the mid and lower levels

Cons

- Horrible top leadership almost entirely across the board. They hire people for subject matter expertise, then completely disregard every opinion they have. Trying to change anything for the better or make a positive impact is like beating your head against the wall. - Horrible culture. Meetings for the sake of meetings (literally sat in multiple meetings about how to have fewer meetings...you can't make this stuff up), Executives that take your attention away from meaningful contributions to work on redundant pet projects of theirs so they have something to put on their annual review, no appreciation, no one at the top will stay in their lane, I could go on all day, but you get the idea. - Very shady. They won't pay out pto or bonuses you've earned upon departure. - They are currently drastically slashing the benefits they offer their employees, doing away with maternity leave, reducing their 401K match, and failing to deliver on a lot of the promises they made to get their employees to accept offers in the first place.
