Pros

You make your own hours, the pay is decent, everyone is nice, you choose how far you want to go in this company. the environment is very welcoming

Cons

depending on what office you are in, the hours you get to work may vary based on that office's client flow and revenue. for the most part you do eventually get a full time schedule if that's what you desire as a client service professional.

Work schedule is good. Work as much or as little as you want. Flexible times.pay increase the more seasons you work there. Cheap tax professional training for all CSP's to become well trained tax pros next season
