Excellent healthcare (no Premium, no deductible PPO) Free annual several week long trips to Europe Competitive salaries and equity grants Excellent work life balance Wellness and commuter benefits Summer Fridays off

Cons

Departments can be cliquey Product first culture can be frustrating for non-engineers Relatively inexperienced management team Small team and flat management structure can limit traditional career progression

Pros

Awesome work culture: Very few people I know love where they work as much as I do. The people here are awesome and the company is committed to encouraging people to live their life, not just do their job. Meaningful work: Really awesome to work on a product that helps people achieve their goals on a daily basis and for a company that is committed to helping people succeed.

Cons

Resource Limitation: Because it is a smaller company, things aren't always as easy to do as they may sound; however, that just requires you to get a little creative when thinking about how you want to solve a problem.

Pros

We work together to solve hard, important problems. Since this is a small company, we all have a hand in driving what the company delivers. Your voice is listened to and considered. Not for those with a low work ethic-- Lose It! employees work hard nearly all the time. Great benefits & great company outings; they take care of the employees.

Cons

Between-department communication isn't always the best, but it's something we're working on.
