Pros

Fast growth within company many opportunities through the United States if you wanted to move around! Great pay! Extreme gratitude towards employees I’ve never experienced this type of equality in the hair industry!

Cons

The only con I have is I was by mistake told I would have health insurance from start date but policy change and I do not get until 90 days but that’s normal lol

Pros

Promotes diversity, decent pay, great benefits & some managers are very supportive

Cons

Constant changes all the time, company is focused way more on their technology & not the actual color line, training is mostly virtual & not hands on, the appointments are rushed making Covid regulations tricky during busy times & pressure to sell memberships even if not in client’s best interest.
