Honestly, nothing to say I feel like there's nothing to point

Nothing about these people give you any insight to the industry. They have no idea what they are doing. HR lead was a former David’s bridal manager. They sourced from bottom barrel and have no idea what they are doing. Your pay is horrible. Your benefits are even worse. They just lie. Don’t waste your time.

low pay, no healthcare for pt workers, not enough time for highlighting services

There are not a ton of full time positions available. Open almost every holiday

they don’t offer full time. no full time benefits. and its been over a year and i’ve never had a review of my performance or any sort of raise in which i was promised.

Management can be overbearing in what they ask of us and tend to not consider how it affects our day to day, client to client experience.

The interview process can be lengthy, which requires patience while waiting for updates and final decisions.

Locations and the travel time

Lack of consistency in terms of policies, Employees are consistently permitted to bypass their direct manager any time they are dissatisfied with an outcome. There is zero disciplinary action, there are employees who have several “final” write ups but management has to fight to terminate terrible team members and are always denied, even though where I am is an at will employment state. Insubordination, no call no show, didn’t matter. HR makes it impossible to clear out the bad apples.
