      Hours not bad, pay okay, nice break room and training adequate

      Cons

      Higher positions filled by long term associates even if they didn't have qualifications, skills or training. Went elsewhere.

      Pros

      It's a job. They have work from home program.

      Cons

      Management says they promote within but only for favors and mainly look for outsiders for upper management. There are always buying and merging with new companies and there is constant infighting between old management versus new.

      More Training and Salary Transparency Needed for Employees

      Work-life balance, meaningful work, benefits/vacation time, and company mission

      Cons

      Knowledge gaps, lack of documentation/training departments outside of Account Management, Dependence on single personnel who were around at the time departments were developed 15 years ago, and lack of transparency regarding pay scales
