      Supportive and inclusive culture, interesting projects to work on and strong company mission that is well communicated to all employees

      Cons

      Some work to do with diversity and inclusion though there seems to have been a push to improve on this in recent years.

      We have been focused on more diversity and inclusion initiatives including one of our Affinity groups. We are exploring a number of ways to improve in this area.

      It is our goal to be open and honest. Transparency is something that helps all of us understand the goals and direction needed by the employees. We strive to be competitive with pay and benefits.
