Great place to work

Pros

RES is a great place to work in my opinion. It's quite a young company with an interesting bunch of people and a sociable culture. The work is generally project based so you tend to work with people from around the organisation. Good entry point to the world of renewables. They only work on renewables so this is ideal if that's what interests you, good opportunities to work in different areas (at least in my experience).

Cons

Quite a cautious company, sometimes difficult to innovate
