Pros

Several great people at Corporate to work with; field personnel and Superintendents also wonderful (most). Company's dedication to sustainability fits well with business area of constructing renewable energy generation projects. Benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k) are good quality and affordable for employees. RES has enormous potential both with respect to business dealings and with the internal corporate culture.

Cons

Office administrative personnel pay rates not commensurate with skills and work load. Salaried field employees expected to work comparatively excessive hours. Certain job areas don't offer many (or any, in some cases) advancement opportunities.
