Company culture People are great to work with Everyone is great at what they do Driven to deploy renewables more than driven to generate profit

Its a relatively small company but still has a big company feel

No Power, No Good

Pros

Given the choice, I wouldn’t.

Cons

Poor communication. Too many layers of management and not enough resources on site. Slow to make decisions and even slower to implement them. No accountability for poor management which causes upset and frustration to landowners. Too much focus on growth and taking out competition and not enough on ensuring projects are performing optimally. Arms length management leads to poorly maintained assets (not sure if their clients are aware or they’re not bothered either?)
