RES has built the infrastructure of the company to support its growth in the industry, by encouraging the employees to learn and grow in their careers. It's a dynamic environment that is fast paced with challenging work. The nature of the business makes the work interesting. The construction industry changes as does RES to stay competitive. Continuous improvement is part of the culture.  Benefits are top notch, challenging and interesting work, and good people!

Cons

 It can be difficult to maintain work life balance, so plan ahead. The work is interesting, so it pulls you in.
