Pros

Great work environment, really smart and talented people, company is doing amazing things in wind, solar and battery storage.

Cons

C-level and management are completely incompetent, unable to make a decision. Company will likely fail due to this. Just had massive layoffs with no rhyme or reason for who got let go.

Pros

If you have a good manager, the experience can be very rewarding. There are a lot of smart people there who care a lot about their work.

Cons

RES has lofty goals but no idea how to reach them. They encourage feedback from all levels of employees but don't take anyone's advice. Their business model is immovable, to their great detriment.
