It is usually an encouraging sign to be getting busier, if it is for business growth reasons, however, I encourage you to communicate regularly with your leader to ensure that the team has appropriate resources for the workload.

3yWe have a Safety First culture and want everyone to go home safely every day. The Field Engineering role is site based for months at a time with many learning opportunities. If you are interested in looking at an office position, please see our intranet for internal opportunities. We have been more focused on diversity and are starting to see some changes but it will take time. We obtained the Silver SEIA Certification this week and are working towards Gold. Also, we are partnered with DirectEmployers.org to push all of our openings out to hundreds of diverse websites. If you have any suggestions, please reach out to HR.
