We have a Safety First culture and want everyone to go home safely every day. The Field Engineering role is site based for months at a time with many learning opportunities. If you are interested in looking at an office position, please see our intranet for internal opportunities. We have been more focused on diversity and are starting to see some changes but it will take time. We obtained the Silver SEIA Certification this week and are working towards Gold. Also, we are partnered with DirectEmployers.org to push all of our openings out to hundreds of diverse websites. If you have any suggestions, please reach out to HR.

We are proud to offer superior benefits and competitive salaries to our employees. In the Field Engineering role, there is a lot of travel to projects. I encourage you to work with your manager on career development regarding positions that have less travel if that is the direction that you want in your career.
