Pros

Talented, committed people and meaningful mission in renewable energy. Strong collaboration at the team level.

Cons

Leadership decisions often feel disconnected from on-the-ground realities, with limited transparency or accountability. Female representation in senior leadership is noticeably lacking, which impacts culture and decision-making. Given current market and policy uncertainty, the short-term outlook for renewable energy in the U.S. is challenging, and unclear if we are clearly aligned to navigate it.

Pros

Great people at the working level, Good office location

Cons

What was a culture of care and compassion quickly turned around the second the finances were down. I've watched in 2025, a good friend of mine depart the business after a conflict with his manager, redundancies of 10 very good people and the departure of almost every asset manager in the business. I should mention all the above is no fault of the employees, the UK head office has no idea what it takes to operate in Australia, and the executives are just yes men who don't know better. What was a culture of celebrating group success became a blame game, the second financial targets were not met.
