- great benefits - 401K matching, 4 weeks vacation, competitive pay

Cons

- large disconnect internally which makes getting task completed cumbersome - management lack living and promoting company values across the organization - mass layoffs come multiple times per year - initiating lots of technology changes that themselves are not negative but they are not implemented with communication across the proper channels

It’s a lot of untrained professional working in the wrong position. An people will get let go with out any notice

Great benefits if you had time to use them.

Cons

Working in a nepotistic environment that doesn’t value older workers. I watched it happen to multiple people, then I left before they booted me.
