      Great benefits, lots of independence

      Pros

      Benefits package is the best I've ever seen. My work is intellectually challenging. I get lots of independence. Work/life balance is really excellent.

      Cons

      Squeaky stairs only get addressed after really eggregious offenses. There is competition and bullying among office employees. Bucks get passed quickly. Despite that Collaboration is one of the company's core values, there seems to be little of it genuinely among the office population.

      Thank you for sharing your concerns. Please reach out to your HR Business Partner to discuss your observances regarding competition/bullying. Our leadership takes this very seriously and wants to address any issues. We also have resources on our intranet for email and phone concerns, if it is more comfortable. We considered many factors in looking at other locations as we have been navigating through our upcoming Broomfield lease. Safety is most important, so if you have concerns about returning to the office, please work out a schedule with your direct manager that works for both of you.
