Pros

Excellent benefits, well above market. Decent pay (considering the added value of the benefits). Great people. Great learning experience for young people.

Cons

Horrible, useless, and unaccountable senior management. Huge gender disparity in management positions. Does not value or invest in employees. Advancement opportunities are practically non-existent. Raises are very hard to come by, and annual increases barely cover rising insurance costs. Upper management has been ruining a once vibrant and creative culture.

Pros

Not too big, not too small. RES spans multiple technologies and multiple disciplines and stages of development all connected to renewable energy.

Cons

Not quite big enough that there are always expanding opportunities
