Good people policies, better than standard paternity leave. Flexible working. Support diversity. PDR system. Training provided. producing and maintaining renewables so good for the climate.

Cons

Less driving and diesel usage. sustainable travel policies better implemented. Inductions not always consistent, depends on training of manager.

We have been working on a number of diversity initiatives over the last year and are pleased that you are seeing the results.
